Off the Dial is an organisation I’ve created from scratch, commencing in 2018. This is a tournament organisation for Splatoon 3 (Nintendo), focused on creating tournaments for those who don’t have a team to play with by allowing players to register individually and then our tournament places them into temporary teams for the tournament (for context, Splatoon is a four-player team based game). Over the years, this organisation has become one of the five most prominent organisations for competitive Splatoon.
